Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our hand crafted items, all sales are final unless you have received an incorrect order. If there has been a mix up, please let us know asap so this can be corrected at no cost to you.
When are orders shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being confirmed. If you're within Ontario and are holiday shopping, we recommend placing your order no later than December 5th to be safe!
Do you deliver locally?
If you reside in Thunder Bay or the surrounding area within a 20 km radius, delivery is $10. This is less expensive than shipping through Canada Post, so please let us know if you would like your order delivered locally! Orders can also be picked up at the farm free of charge.
