Bedstraw
Various species of bedstraw have been used traditionally for their ability to move lymphatic fluid and nourish the kidneys, actions that support overall tonifying of the body where stagnation is present.
The benefits of these actions are most noticeable in skin, digestive, inflammatory, and hormonal imbalances.
Usage
.5-2 ml, up to 3x/day. Alternatively, gauge your own body's response and adjust accordingly.
Shake well before use. Store at room temperature.
Ingredients
Made with 50% alcohol in a 1:3 ratio.
Grain alcohol and distilled water infused with fresh Galium mollugo (hedge bedstraw) flowering tops†.
