Young spruce tips, mullein leaf, plantain leaf, yarrow, goldenrod, and ground ivy come together to form a blend crafted for those who experience upper and lower respiratory discomfort.
These herbal allies have long been used to soothe bronchial irritation and to help expel deep seated mucous.
Usage
1-4 ml, up to 4 times a day. Alternatively, gauge your own body's response and adjust appropriately.
Shake well before use. Store at room temperature.
Ingredients
Made with 50% alcohol in a 1:3 ratio.
Grain alcohol and distilled water infused with fresh Picea glauca (white spruce)† tips, Verbascum thapsus (common mullein)* leaf, Glechoma hederacea (ground ivy)†, Plantago major (broad leaf plantain)†, Achillea millefolium (yarrow)†, and Solidago spp. (goldenrod)†.

† = mindfully wild harvested
