Calendula
You might not know that this garden flower can really pack a punch!
Calendula has been used traditionally to promote the body's natural movement of lymphatic fluid, to soothe respiratory or intestinal irritation, to gently bring on delayed menses and ease menstrual discomfort, to support the body's response to fungal or bacterial infections, and to soften anxious nerves - just to name a few!
Calendula excels at acting on wounds, whether external or internal, and has been used traditionally for soothing irritated mucosa of any kind. It is reported to be especially useful for concerns such as leaky gut and gastrointestinal ulcers.
Usage
1-3 ml, 1-4x/day.
Alternatively, gauge your own body's response and adjust accordingly.
Shake well before use. Store at room temperature.
Ingredients
Made with 60% alcohol in a 1:3 ratio.
Grain alcohol and distilled water infused with fresh and air dried Calendula officinalis (Calendula) blooms*.
* = grown in a chemical free garden
