On Thursday March 23rd 2023, at 6 pm EST, I'll be running a live virtual workshop on how to start working with herbs in your garden!
I've packed a *ton* of information into this workshop that I think you'll find helpful and insightful, whether you're a garden pro, completely new to growing anything, or whether you're familiar with herbs or not!
What We'll Cover:
- Plant Selection: setting your goals & intentions, working with herbs, understanding your climate, plant needs, annuals vs biennials vs perennials, seed starts vs nursery seedlings
- Garden Layout & Set Up seed starting, in ground vs planters, design & utilizing your landscape, building soil & ecological methods, lessons from my garden
- Then What?: herbal profiles on 14 different plants, harvesting, processing and crafting, herbal resources
And other fun tidbits not mentioned here!
If you feel you don't have a lot of space or time in your life to dedicate to growing anything, don't worry, we'll talk about easy solutions to limited space. We'll also highlight some really easy growing herbs that can thrive in pots and less than ideal conditions - there are tons of ways to start small and simple!
We'll hold a Q&A session at the end, and I will also be available via email for herb gardening questions for registrants.
