Milky Oats
When gathered in the milky stage of growth, oat seeds have been used to provide a deep level adrenal nourishment for those experiencing serious fatigue as a result of nervous exhaustion, burnout, stress, anxiety, insomnia, prolonged illness, and whole body tension causing secondary complaints.
Milky oats acts as a loving hand, guiding us towards more balanced state between body, heart, and mind.
Usage
1-4 ml, up to 3x/day.
Alternatively, gauge your own body's response and adjust accordingly.
Shake well before use. Store at room temperature.
Ingredients
Made with 50% alcohol in a 1:2 ratio.
Grain alcohol and distilled water infused with fresh Avena sativa (oats)* tops.
* = grown in a chemical free garden
